  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • All in-person transactions – we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards at our ticket booth window. We do not accept personal checks or American Express cards. Must have proof of valid photo ID to use a credit card.
  • Are the tours guided?
    • Our Haunted trails are a self guided experience. Group size is between 6-8 people. Each group is given one flashlight to assist with visibility. If you lose or damage our flashlight (s), there will be a $10.00 charge. Guests cannot get lost as long as they stay on the marked trail. Groups leave on the trail approximately every three minutes. There is no electricity on the trails!
  • What is your refund policy?
    • There are no refunds.

  • If I get scared or do not make it through all of the attraction, can I get a refund?
    • There are no refunds.
  • Is there a fee for parking?
    • Parking is free at DEAD WOODS FOREST.

  • Do you use strobe lights or fog in any part of your attraction?
    • Yes.
  • Do the actors touch you?
    • No, the actors will never purposely touch you and we ask that you do not try to touch the actors. Dead Woods has a no tolerance policy for anyone who does not comply with this rule.
  • Can I take pictures?
    • Yes, you can take photos on Dead Woods property; however, we do not allow any photos or video to be taken inside our haunted trails.
  • Can I bring my pets?
    • No, it is not safe to bring pets to DEAD WOODS FOREST.
  • Can I go through the attraction more than once on one ticket?
    • No, your ticket is good for one trip through our Haunted attraction.
  • What if I lose some of my valuables on the trail?
    • We are not responsible for your personal items; please ensure all of your personal items are secure. If you lose something, report it to the ticket booth and you will be notified if found.
  • Is your Haunted Attraction and Trails handicapped accessible?
    • Sorry, but we are not. Our trails are nature made with only dirt and grass.
  • Is there smoking or alcohol drinks allowed on the premises?
    • No
  • Can my organization or business sponsors particular events, activities or attractions?
    • Yes, we are always looking to create relationships with other businesses and sponsorship are a great way for both businesses to win.
  • All dates are weather permitting.
  • All times are approximate.
  • Ticket Booth / Office opens at 7:00pm and closes at 11:00pm.
  • The Trail(s) will not open until there is TOTAL DARKNESS.
