About Our Trails

DEAD WOODS FOREST in Luther, Oklahoma is the perfect location to hold your special events. The property is leased to host many types of events from fun runs, mud runs, cross country races, zombie runs, renaissance events, haunted attraction events and other special events.

Our 5K course has wide, well maintained trails all in the woods with a 5 1/2 acre parking lot next to the start / finish line, with additional parking on location. Luther, Oklahoma is 15 miles east of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and 60 miles west of Tulsa, Oklahoma (right in the middle of two major cities). Dead Woods backs up to I-44 Turner Turnpike (mile marker 150 north side of I-44). There is a 32 ft. long semi trailer available to install a banner to advertise your special event when you sign up to lease Dead Woods.
